Service Description

Join a team of women training for Boston Marathon 2023 in a 10 week team training journey to unlock your best Boston yet! Includes... - Boston Marathon-specific training plan built to prepare you and your teammates for the Boston Marathon course. - Private team chat space to connect with each other and support each other through the 10 week journey with regular group conversations and check-ins hosted by a GIRLAB Captain. - 5 team Zoom sessions to check-in, ask questions, connect with teammates - sessions will have a specific theme ( race mindset, nutrition, etc.). All sessions will be recorded in case you are unable to attend. Zoom links will be sent once course is booked. - Appropriate for athletes coming in with some consistent mileage (20-30 miles per week) and experience with speed workouts - Includes recommendations for strength training, recovery, nutrition, yoga and crosstraining - Team shakeout and pre-race meet up in Boston
