Service Description

We all need a little jumpstart from time to time to get back into a routine that helps us feel our best so we can bring our best to everyday life. If you've fallen off of routine recently, need some guidance as you get going or have a goal in mind to work towards this year, this is the team for you! Join a team of women and find a balanced fitness and health routine that supports you in ALL aspects of your life. We meet you where you are and help you build to where you want to be. Includes... - Training plan built to help you establish habits and get consistent, using a blend of runs, walks or run/walks (depending on where you are starting from) and other modalities - Private team chat space to connect with each other and support each other through the 6 week journey with conversations and check-ins hosted by a GIRLAB Captain. - 3 team Zoom sessions to check-in, ask questions, connect with teammates - sessions will have a specific theme ( mindset, nutrition, setting goals, etc.). - Appropriate for athletes of all levels who are looking to incorporate some structure & guidance into their fitness/health routine and appreciate the support and accountability that a team provides. - Includes recommendations for strength training, recovery, nutrition, yoga and crosstraining - Option to add on 1-1 consult with a GIRLAB Coach ** New Season Launches Every 2 Months **
